Threw it back to 2011, strolling through the city with my jean jacket, singing Hot Chelle Rae’s “Downtown Girl” because it’s just so catchy. There’s nothing I love more than putting on my go-to outfit and heading downtown for a coffee date or in this case, an impromptu photoshoot with my sister.
I find happiness in walking the streets of downtown and gazing aimlessly at the beautiful historic buildings. And words can’t explain how ecstatic I get when I see Christmas lights hanging from wall to wall.
My go-to outfit for these types of occasions is simple and hella comfy. I practically live in these MOTO Black Ripped Jamie Jeans from Topshop. They’re extremely comfortable. And the distressed knees add a grunge factor that I absolutely love. My top is a grey tank from Brandy Melville and we all know their clothing is pretty much made of clouds. Underneath my top, I wore a burnt yellow lace bralette from Me to We. I threw on my favorite Oversized Vintage Denim Jacket from Pacsun, just incase the weather got chilly. And to complete my outfit, I wore classic white Converses, which let’s be honest…shouldn’t even be considered white at this point.
